Quail Valley Ranch consists of approximately 886 acres most of which is some of the most fertile ground existing in Northern California. Quail Valley Ranch was established about 1880. It has become known as one of the premier ranching operations in the Northwest. Quail Valley Ranch is a great cattle operation as well as producing substantial hay and wild rice crops.

The ranch has an abundant supply of water available for irrigation. The Pit River runs through the ranch. There are 2 high production wells in addition to the adjudicated river water rights. The ranch has a highly efficient irrigation system.

The Quail Valley improvements are extensive and are in top condition. The main residence has been recently remodeled with quality in mind. There are many buildings including the 3 residences.

The recreation potential is unlimited. Quail Valley borders the 13,000 acre Ash Creek Wildlife Refuge. Wildlife abounds on the ranch including ducks, geese, quail and deer. The Pit River which runs through the ranch provide excellent fishing. World renowned Hat Creek and Fall River are a short distance from the ranch.
