KEVIN SULLLIVAN

Kevin grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area of northern California, and has always had an avid interest in the outdoors. As a young man, he spent his time on the Bay and Pacific waters, working as a commercial fisherman based out of the wharfs of San Francisco. Starting in the early 80’s, Kevin began a successful land-based career, in Real Estate. In addition to purchasing and renovating residential and commercial properties, he also worked as a professional realtor representing as many as thirty banks and lending institutions. This gave him valuable experience in dealing with large corporations and their specialized needs, as well as the skills required to professionally represent large ranches and agricultural properties. Kevin is licensed in California and Oregon. In 1990, Kevin and his wife, Donna, moved their family to a cattle ranch in Ukiah, California, which they still own and run. Kevin also raises working dogs and horses to accompany him at the ranch and on hunting trips. He and Donna have been married over 30 years and are the proud parents of two daughters. They enjoy spending their spare time outdoors – fishing and hunting.
